Our Mission

Cody’s Place was founded in memory of my Cody Watson, whose experience with addiction inspired a vision of something different — a home built on hope, honesty, and accountability.

Our mission is to provide a safe, structured environment where individuals in recovery can rebuild their lives with dignity and support. We believe recovery thrives in community, and that everyone deserves a place to belong while they grow.

Marshall House

Our first residence, Marshall House, sits on Marshall Drive in Melbourne, FL. The home features five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and shared living spaces designed for both comfort and community.
Residents enjoy access to Wi-Fi, streaming services, and household essentials like linens, paper goods, and laundry detergent. With an inground pool, large yard, and a calm setting near FIT and local shops, Marshall House provides the balance of structure and peace needed to focus on recovery.
